Para cada a\u00e7\u00e3o estabelecida foram definidos os seguintes par\u00e2metros de monitoramento:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente realizada<\/li>\n<li>A\u00e7\u00e3o parcialmente realizada<\/li>\n<li>A\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o realizada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"719\" data-end=\"1113\">As unidades executoras respons\u00e1veis pelas respectivas a\u00e7\u00f5es ficaram incumbidas de avaliar e mensurar o status de execu\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme os par\u00e2metros acima descritos. Para subsidiar o processo de coleta de dados, foram disponibilizadas planilhas eletr\u00f4nicas a todas as unidades envolvidas. Ressalta-se que todas as planilhas utilizadas est\u00e3o organizadas e disponibilizadas ao final deste relat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1115\" data-end=\"1421\">Conclu\u00edda a etapa de coleta de dados, procedeu-se \u00e0 elabora\u00e7\u00e3o do\u00a0\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1190\" data-end=\"1249\">Relat\u00f3rio de Monitoramento do Plano de Gest\u00e3o 2024\u20132027<\/strong>. O documento segue os crit\u00e9rios metodol\u00f3gicos do PDI, apresentando tanto os resultados globais quanto os desmembramentos por\u00a0<strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1420\">eixo estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1423\" data-end=\"1475\"><strong data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1475\">Crit\u00e9rios de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o por Eixo Estrat\u00e9gico<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-start=\"1477\" data-end=\"1692\">Para fins de apura\u00e7\u00e3o do percentual de execu\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es em cada eixo estrat\u00e9gico por unidade executora, foi considerado o somat\u00f3rio da execu\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas no respectivo eixo, conforme os crit\u00e9rios abaixo:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"2068\">\n<li data-start=\"1694\" data-end=\"1800\">\n<p data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1800\"><strong data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1725\">A\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente realizada<\/strong>: quando 100% das a\u00e7\u00f5es descritas na proposta forem efetivamente cumpridas;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1801\" data-end=\"1933\">\n<p data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1933\"><strong data-start=\"1803\" data-end=\"1834\">A\u00e7\u00e3o parcialmente realizada<\/strong>: quando o somat\u00f3rio das a\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas e parcialmente realizadas for superior a 60% da proposta;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2068\">\n<p data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"2068\"><strong data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"1958\">A\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o realizada<\/strong>: quando o somat\u00f3rio das a\u00e7\u00f5es totalmente realizadas e parcialmente realizadas for igual ou inferior a 59,99%.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2070\" data-end=\"2118\"><strong data-start=\"2075\" data-end=\"2118\">C\u00e1lculo do Percentual de Execu\u00e7\u00e3o Geral<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2305\">Para a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do percentual de execu\u00e7\u00e3o geral do Plano de Gest\u00e3o, aplicou-se a mesma metodologia utilizada para os eixos estrat\u00e9gicos, abrangendo todas as a\u00e7\u00f5es propostas no per\u00edodo.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2305\">A seguir, apresentamos as seguintes informa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2120\" data-end=\"2305\">Monitoramento das a\u00e7\u00f5es do Plano de Gest\u00e3o previstas para 2025;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-e41913bb\" class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion exclusive\">\n<details class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item\"><summary class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__title\"><div><strong>Monitoramento das a\u00e7\u00f5es do Plano de Gest\u00e3o previstas para o ano de 2025<\/strong><\/div><\/summary><div class=\"wp-block-themeisle-blocks-accordion-item__content\">\n<p>O monitoramento consiste no acompanhamento por meio de planilhas de monitoramento e relat\u00f3rios gerenciais das a\u00e7\u00f5es previstas para 2025.
