A GDCOM \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por orientar, apoiar e viabilizar o acesso dos servidores a oportunidades de aperfei\u00e7oamento t\u00e9cnico, cient\u00edfico e gerencial, com foco na valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do servidor e na melhoria dos servi\u00e7os prestados \u00e0 sociedade.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1428\" data-end=\"1450\">Algumas das a\u00e7\u00f5es promovidas incluem:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1769\">\n<li data-start=\"1451\" data-end=\"1507\">\n<p data-start=\"1453\" data-end=\"1507\">Levantamento e an\u00e1lise de necessidades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1577\">\n<p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1577\">Elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e execu\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas (PDP);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1578\" data-end=\"1647\">\n<p data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1647\">Apoio \u00e0 participa\u00e7\u00e3o em eventos, cursos e programas de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1648\" data-end=\"1704\">\n<p data-start=\"1650\" data-end=\"1704\">Gest\u00e3o dos processos de afastamento para qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1705\" data-end=\"1769\">\n<p data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1769\">Parcerias institucionais para oferta de capacita\u00e7\u00f5es internas.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-start=\"320\" data-end=\"392\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"392\">Base Legal<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>As a\u00e7\u00f5es de desenvolvimento fundamentam-se na Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas (PNDP), institu\u00edda pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/_ato2019-2022\/2019\/decreto\/D9991.htm\">Decreto n\u00ba 9.991\/2019<\/a>, e regulamentada pela <a href=\"https:\/\/www.in.gov.br\/en\/web\/dou\/-\/instrucao-normativa-sgp-enap\/sedgg\/me-n-21-de-1-de-fevereiro-de-2021-302021570\">Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa SGP-ENAP\/SEDGG\/ME n\u00ba 21\/2021<\/a>. height: 48px;\" data-col-size=\"md\" data-start=\"1996\" data-end=\"2080\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Deve ser autorizado e de interesse institucional.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hor\u00e1rio Especial para Servidor Estudante<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O hor\u00e1rio especial para servidor estudante possibilita ao servidor p\u00fablico federal em exerc\u00edcio, matriculado em curso regular, o ajuste de sua jornada de trabalho sem preju\u00edzo das atividades laborais, com o objetivo de viabilizar sua frequ\u00eancia \u00e0s aulas.<\/p>\n<p>A concess\u00e3o est\u00e1 fundamentada no <a href=\"https:\/\/www.planalto.gov.br\/ccivil_03\/leis\/l8112cons.htm#:~:text=Art.%C2%A098.%C2%A0%C2%A0Ser%C3%A1%20concedido%20hor%C3%A1rio%20especial%20ao%20servidor%20estudante%2C%20quando%20comprovada%20a%20incompatibilidade%20entre%20o%20hor%C3%A1rio%20escolar%20e%20o%20da%20reparti%C3%A7%C3%A3o%2C%20sem%20preju%C3%ADzo%20do%20exerc%C3%ADcio%20do%20cargo.\">art. 98 da Lei n\u00ba 8.112, de 11 de dezembro de 1990<\/a>, que assegura ao servidor estudante a possibilidade de adequa\u00e7\u00e3o da jornada de trabalho mediante compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio. Esse direito visa garantir a qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada do servidor, em conson\u00e2ncia com os princ\u00edpios da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pr\u00e9-requisitos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Estar matriculado em curso de educa\u00e7\u00e3o formal reconhecido pelo MEC;<\/li>\n<li>Comprovar a incompatibilidade entre o hor\u00e1rio de trabalho e as atividades de ensino; e<\/li>\n<li>Plano semanal de compensa\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Solicita\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Criar processo no SEI (Tipo do processo: &#8220;PESSOAL: HOR\u00c1RIO ESPECIAL &#8211; SERVIDOR ESTUDANTE&#8221;);<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/ufr.edu.br\/progep\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Formulario_horario_especial_2025.docx\">Preencher formul\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico<\/a>;<\/li>\n<li>Anexar no processo:\n<ul>\n<li>Formul\u00e1rio assinado pela chefia direta e o requerente;<\/li>\n<li>Declara\u00e7\u00e3o da Institui\u00e7\u00e3o Escolar especificando curso, dura\u00e7\u00e3o do per\u00edodo letivo (in\u00edcio e fim), turno e hor\u00e1rio das aulas; e<\/li>\n<li>Comprovante de matr\u00edcula atualizado (deve constar o hor\u00e1rio das aulas no per\u00edodo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Processo dever\u00e1 ser enviado \u00e0 GDCOM-PROGEP (Ger\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento de Compet\u00eancias) para an\u00e1lise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Observa\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O servidor poder\u00e1 iniciar o hor\u00e1rio especial somente ap\u00f3s a manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da PROGEP no processo.<\/li>\n<li>Semestralmente, conforme calend\u00e1rio acad\u00eamico da institui\u00e7\u00e3o do curso, dever\u00e1 ser enviada uma nova solicita\u00e7\u00e3o, independente se houve ou n\u00e3o mudan\u00e7a nos hor\u00e1rios do servidor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o Os processos de qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores da Universidade Federal de Rondon\u00f3polis s\u00e3o responsabilidade da Ger\u00eancia de Desenvolvimento de Compet\u00eancias (GDCOM), vinculada \u00e0 Diretoria de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas.
